I received outstanding care from Dr. Palazzolo and her excellent staff. Her knowledge and skill of what she does was obvious, but I also was comforted by sensing how much she cared. This was a wonderful experience for me.
My elderly mother-in-law came to see her as a new patient. We live 30-40 min away, was caught in some traffic and arrived to the appt **21 min late** (according to front desk, but my MIL told me she was literally waiting at the desk to check in for 5 min before she took her info) Apparently she has a 20 min late policy and doesn't see a patient after.
