I took my 80 yr. old sister to Dr. Ostrom for her first primary care visit today. I am a retired R.N. and my sister and I both felt she was great. She discerned immediately my sister's most primary needs and took care of them. She was great. Very intuitive and right 'on point'. Couldn't ask for more!

I made a new patient appointment back in January of 2023 with Dr Laura as they were the only one accepting new patients. I was scheduled in January for my September 2023 new patient appointment. I called the Office and was prompted to leave a message and that I’d get a call back. It’s been over a month. No call. It makes me really nervous how long it’s taking me to establish a new patient appointment and not even get a return cell.
