Dr. Novella is an excellent doctor!!! She was able to accommodate my son immediately once his pediatrician informed me that he needed to be seen by an endocrinologist. Every other office was giving me appointments 5 months out, despite my son's urgent need to be seen. Her plan of care has been very consistent, her staff is very helpful. Dr. Novello is great and caring. She’s been helping two of my kids manage their T1D for the past six years. She is always available to discuss everything that comes with the ups and downs of diabetes management. And she is very professional.

I don't understand the negative reviews. My baby was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism and Dr. Novello has guided us through this diagnosis and put us at ease. She's great.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Novello for several years, for thyroid issues. She takes a conservative and thoughtful approach. She is not warm and fuzzy like many pediatricians, but she's never led me to question her knowledge or her professionalism. We go for follow-ups roughly every 6 months, and we've never had a problem. The office is pretty easy to deal with.
