The team at Chuckanut Valley Feline Center couldn’t be more kind and accommodating of my anxious cat. They are very communicative, understanding, efficient, and offer thoughtful care. They have seen my cat regularly for several years and also performed a minor surgery on her. They were always available for questions and were quick to follow up. Definitely recommend them!
I used to LOVE this vet when they were the Gene Poole Memorial Cat Clinic. However, please be warned that this clinic has been bought out by a corporate company who has been proven to use unethical practices. It happened to me and my vet at Maplewood Animal Hospital confirmed that their approach to care was "shocking". Choose not to be scammed out of your hard earned money with unnecessary tests and procedures. It is with great sadness that I feel I have to tell people this! Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable staff here. I have never had a better experience at a vet and appreciate them immensely. Best care and attention to detail my cat has ever received from a vets office (and I’ve been to a lot of different ones!)
Inside was well kept. The staff is friendly and understanding of any concerns and willing to accommodate or help with anything. The vet doctor we saw was Mary Habib, she was very easy to communicate with and was able to ask and explain things in very simple and easy to understand terms. The office is very transparent about the funds. Overall this is a great place to bring your kitty
The Chuckanut Feline Center is the best place in town to take your cats to, you always know you and your kitty will be treated with care and respect by the three vets that work there. Dr. Groff has been exceptional with my little fur baby, quick to diagnose and easy to talk to. She walked me through everything she did and really helped me understand what the issue was.
