I did not have the best experience with Dr Nietfeld. I felt like she didn't listen to my concerns, failed to help me understand my health condition, and I left feeling confused. I requested to change PCP but the facility retaliated by discharging me without further care even though I needed to follow up after diagnostics. Unprofessional and uncaring.
I have always received the best of care here at Christus Family and Dr Nietfeld just made my checkup an experience that proves that I will be coming back with peace of mind. Thank you Dr. Nietfeld
