I had moved away, out of state and came back and went right back to her, she is great and had me fill out paperwork to get my labs and records transferred with no issue, not giving up blood if I don't have to. My questions are Always answered and I never leave there wondering, if I am I can message her on My Chart and I will get an answer same day. Great Place
Dr will only use results from Parkview as medical history. If any results are outside parkview, you will have to retest in Parkview to even get a referral to a specialist. This office will also not fill out paperwork that needs to be completed by family dr. Office manager will stop most of paperwork even if your dr fills it out. If you have any serious medical problems that require communication between dr I would suggest not to waste your time here.
