Randa's extraordinary customer care is so appreciated. She is quick to respond and clarify details if needed. In today's current culture where it is difficult to find a live person to speak to, Randa is so incredibly helpful that I iwish we could 'clone' her.. I highly recommend working with her and State Farm.

Randa Hitchcock went above and beyond in helping us get new car insurance which included an umbrella policy. We met with her prior to changing carriers to get a quote. Once satisfied with the quote, she walked us through every step needed to change. At this office, you can walk in and make a payment, which surprised me. Most companies want online payments. She did the little thing, like laminating our ID cards and gave us a thank you bag. If you are looking for a car or homeowner insurance, give Randa a chance to help!

Wanting a face to face quote for my vehicle instead of an OTP one, I stopped in at a local State Farm office and was assisted by Brianna Girdner. All I can say is that she was the most knowledgeable, helpful and sweetest person I've ever dealt with. She is a honey! I accepted the very fair and affordable quote, paid my 6 mth premium and left knowing I was totally taken care of. No games, no deceptions, just straight honesty and respect.
