Unfortunately, I had a very unprofessional and irritating experience today with Bear Valley Animal Hospital. I had made an appointment set for today at 11:20 am, it took us almost an hour to get there, and when we arrived, the receptionist very loudly started discussing how lethargic and sick my cat looked. She, again, very loudly stated that we needed to pay $800 for emergency treatment. They treated our "Kitty" great and they have reasonable treatment charges.
They took care of my beautiful cat. She had a broken tooth and they removed it and she back home with me by 5pm. Awesome service.
