While I am not a fan of the front office staff (it's rare that i can ever get them on the phone, and they take awhile to return calls and often seem annoyed), Dr. Norman is very responsive and empathetic and overall gives great vibes. She has great bedside manners and seems very kind and friendly. After extensive research for a new PC I found her, read on her credentials & patient reviews & she is friendly, thorough & communicative about your health & overall well being. Dr. Norman seems ro genuinely care about what is actually going on with you. She is caring and compassionate and gives you the time that is really required to meet your needs.
Dr Norman is the VERY BEST!!! She is a people's doctor. She remembers her patients. Meaning, she formulates relationship with patients. She is thorough, consistent, informative and VERY caring. I've been seeing her for five years, and I have always been satisfied with her knowledge and quality of service. She is the BEST doctor of anyone of my doctor's. Dr Prete was good, however, I'm glad I have Dr Norman as my doctor.
My kids and I all see Dr. Norman and we couldn't be happier. She is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Nurse Erica is the bomb, we all feel calm and taken care of under the care of these two women!
