Hi I'm trying to help out a friend. I was told you wouldnt insure her when she recently bought a new car and was shopping around for insurance. She has very good credit and you gave no reason for the denial not did she receive a 'Denial Letter' in the mail. Any explanations or assistance would be appreciated.
