Uncaring and ignored every symptom I've had for 5 years. Why be in the medical field.if you really are just interested in lab work results and not people. Beware...if anything over allergies find someone else.
If I could give zero stars I would. Four years of my mother’s life wasted as she continues to decline and deteriorate. This nurse has led our family askew for a year from her bias. When confronted with proof of her false opinion via a blood test and second opinion, she continued to be uncaring, rude, and we are still without answers or protocol. This was my first time at Nortons Fern Creek. Laura Yeager was very friendly and personable. She was thorough and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and felt the entire visit was easy and stress free. Everything was explained well and organized. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. There was no long wait times, and even when they took me back to the room I was not kept waiting a long time as is the case with some Doctors office visits. She doesn't care enough to pay attention, too busy check marking boxes on her computer. She checked the wrong boxes and now I'm fighting to get the falsified medical records corrected. Never going back to this provider or office.
She was very nice, I felt comfortable with her!
