Lack of responsive to a simple prescription refill request. Possible because my request was rerouted to her and away from my primary care doctor. Three days …and still waiting!

zero if i could. i had an appointment for 4:30 got there at 4:40 during heavy rain and traffic. one hour drive. and they refused to see me for a cardiologist referral. i bagged for 10-15 minutes but no results. the doctor didn't even come out to see if it was urgent. the irony is i called and said i was on the way and be late for 10 min. she was ok with it. but the 300 pound hippo from the back office came rushing and said no. i guess she was late for her evening all u can eat buffet. all humor aside this not a place you hav... read more
