They get you in the door and then you see the nonsense. You decide to take a pay cut because some good companies don’t pay as much as these bad ones. Used Laura Lynn Home Care to help a family member after foot surgery for weekly visits for two months. The entire experience, from scheduling, to the personnel visiting in-home, to the billing, was great! No unpleasant surprises - just reliable service. I especially appreciated the web portal for payment - very convenient. Would use this service again.

One bad company I'll never recommend to anyone. I was put on a shift to try and see if and next day was fired. Laura lynn never bothered to contact me to ask about what happened after sacrificing to cover up shifts for them. They don't even pay well neither do they pay their staffs well. This company is a very bad one to me. I remember traveling to get my surgery done and all my shifts were taken away from me impromptu. And never got any job until I went for the surgery. I used Laura Lynn's service for my Father. They were Great! They helped out 48 hours after we contact them with 24 hour care. Everyone of the caregivers was very professional and compassionate. My mother loved the help and they were all very kind. I highly recommend them. DeAnn

I worked for Laura Lynn's for over a year before moving away,I was really sad to leave the company,everyone was always so sweet and welcoming. I recently returned back to the company and I feel at home,the love and care is amazing. They care about all clients and staff,just a warm spirit and atmosphere to be around!
