Excellent endocrinologist! She has tenure, concern for her patients, and a skilled approach of outlining practical next steps towards reaching and maintaining regulated blood glucose levels. The staff is great as well. They are busy, as most doctor offices are, but they are also kind, helpful, and attentive, from the nurses to the receptionists. Let me start off with this, Dr Williams reviews online are pretty much all 5 stars, like every single one. I really wanted to see Dr Williams but the staff was so difficult to get ahold of for 2 weeks. My referral was sent over, they requested my records, and then never called me. I called them numerous times and never talked to the front desk, only the call center. They said they couldn’t find me in the system.
