Does acupuncture work? Proof is in my medals. Laura has been instrumental in helping me reach optimal fitness the past year and getting me across finish lines of races. Last year I completed my first half marathon and Olympic triathlon. I had such great success that this year I incorporated acupuncture into my training plan for my first half Ironman in June.
