This review comes a few years late. I read reviews about Laura and reached out to her. I was with her for just a few months. I found her to be a "listener" more than action-oriented. She had a dog there a few times, which I found distracting. She also once forgot about my appointment and was walking her dog in the park, and when I reached out, she didn't offer a make-up or alternative timings. I was quite pissed off.
