Everyone was very professional and very nice
Very very hard to get in touch with her. I have some questions and simply can't get a reply. Been trying for over a month. I've called the main line and left messages, I've emailed her assistant Lindsey Pepper multiple times, and I've used the app to message her. My other Doctors reply on the app, but no luck here. I've never had an issue like this with a Doctor, but this is super aggravating.
The only bad thing was the wait time. Took a long time before I saw the doctor!
7/15/2025: Tia was fantastic in triaging me with the preliminaries to get me ready for my visit with Dr. Hanson. Obviously Tia is a very intelligent and focused young lady. She has a warm chairside manner and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Hanson is FANTASTIC and the best ever! I don't see her again until October and I am already looking forward to it! She is so thorough and includes the patient in the patient's care so the patient is allowed to choose or refuse (without any repercussions) elements of a treatment plan.... read more
