Dr. Kwon was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and allowed me to talk. She made several suggestions on how to deal with my arthritis, and I am following them. She had read my folder and knew what was in there. Great doc!
The Colchester branch is always clean and welcoming. Dr. Kwon is compassionate and caring. She listens and responds with intelligent remarks and encouragement. She also has a sense of humor and makes you believe you are the only one that matters when you are being examined. She is responsive to you questions on the portal. Actually I do not know how she manages the pace. Hopefully she gets the support she needs, to continue this type of care.
