I purchased a lamp some years ago from Laura Kincade, it recently stopped working. I called them, had a chat with Garry who said he'd do his best to fix it. 48 hours after dropping it off it was ready to collect, working good as new. The cost for parts and labour for this? $0 - they did it for me for free, for a lamp that was years out of warranty. I didn't have to find an old receipt or provide proof of purchase, they just wanted to help. Lovely people who care about their customers.
