She’s amazing
I have been a patient of Dr. Kilkenny's for several years, and have always appreciated her warm bedside manner and willingness to squeeze me or my daughter in on short notice when necessary. I've always found her to be compassionate, thoughtful, a good listener, and knowledgable. I Also respect her ability to admit when something is outside the scope of her practice, as many physicians I've encountered aren't willing to admit when they don't know something. I have never had a negative experience with her or her office.
Went into her office to be seen. Was not told anything about my situation, just told I needed an Ultrasound. Got it done, then I was told I needed MRI. They nurse that called me wouldn’t give me any other information about it. Got MRI done with contrast and without. After they told me they had the results in I waited 3 days to get a call. The call came from a nurse and said I needed an Ultrasound. Told her I have already had one done. She said “Oh, well that is weird. Let me talk to the doctor. I have a lifelong painful condition because of the negligence of this woman. I've spent the past 5 years with a condition that I never would have gotten if I had never gone to this lady. In the middle of me talking, (I was 15, sick, and scared) she closed her eyes, shook her fists, and loudly announced that she had "FIVE OTHER PATIENTS TO GET TO." She spent 3 minutes total. I took the time to make an appointment, waited 4 hours past my scheduled time, and yet was still treated like a burden.
She is so unprofessional! She interrogated me about why I needed a medication for which I had a diagnosis of the associated disorder. Then after I informed her I'm a cannabis user she decided to loudly discuss that fact with her secretary!! Doctor patient confidentiality?!?!? I will never see her again!!
The most professional Doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing. She is knowledgeable and she cares. Addresses my concerns and takes her time with me. She is the best and her office staff as well.
Loved her as a doctor until she refused to call me back about an issue and sent me a letter discontinuing services for me. I couldnt come in for an appointment because of costs and had just seen her for same issue. Staff is rude and super unprofessional speaking to me about brother who sees her as well. Could not believe after years of seeing her she couldn't have common decency to call me back.
