I was in town for a short amount of time and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home. I tried on my dream dress and their expertise was super helpful. It's also a huge plus that they have an in-house tailor so you can buy a dress on the spot and have it fitted to you perfectly.

My mom and I went here to try on dresses after I had changed my mind about my original wedding dress and she was so helpful. She showed me dresses in my budget and didn’t push me to buy anything. Wonderful experience and highly recommend any bride to check out this place!!

Laura Jacobs Bridal was exceptional! Laura was personable, thoughtful and had opinions on what was faltering for my figure. This wedding dress was everything I dreamed of. Myself and two other brides now have been sold dresses way too big (supposedly custom ordered in our measurements) making alterations nearly impossible. Owner took no accountability and blamed me for going down one dress size before wedding (I was size 4 she ordered size 8!!) had to bring elsewhere after 6 fittings for an additional 4 fittings to completely deconstruct gown 1 week before my wedding. Absolute nightmare . Stay far far away! I cannot warn brides enough!
