I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me going over records and tests. She was very thorough.
I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Schlagel and her office. In the last two months I have not been able to contact their office. Their voicemail is full and a patient can not leave a message. I am now going to see another neurologist but I can't even get my medical records from Dr. Schlagel's office. Terrible!!
She is thorough and takes the time you need to understand. I didn’t know she had had a stroke. This shouldn’t keep you away. Her staff is amazing and doing all they can to help her and her patients. It is best to call before your appointment to see if she is on schedule. Have patience and be kind you will get the care you need.
Laura spent a lot of time with me thoroughly explaining everything. Very impressed with the quality of care I receive from Laura. She really cares and wants to help. Highly recommend.
DR. Schlagel is the most compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable Neurologist that I have worked with. She never rushes and takes plenty of time with you. And always explains everything to you in a thoughtful and concise manner. I'm very happy that I was lucky enough to be referred to her.
