Used Laura to get custom blinds installed all throughout our new home. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The whole process from her coming to measure, selecting the blinds, and installation took less than 2 weeks! Her installer, Richard, got the job done in less than 45 minutes for 7 sets of blinds and was delightful despite our dogs barking at him the entire time. I feel the pricing was more than fair and would recommend Laura to anyone and everyone!
Laura is the best! She answered my endless questions before ordering, helped select fabrics that would work best in our home, and set everything up in the app during install to make it a seamless transition. She even put up paper shades while we waited for our order to come in so that our kids would sleep. Laura is a gem and we'd choose her again ten times over!
Laura and her team did a wonderful job on my new blinds. They were very professional and responsive to everything. Before I had some ugly pull down string ones that were broken as well as the blinds themselves. The new ones look wonderful and I couldn't be happier. No more strings and I love that I can just pull them up and push them down with my hands. 100% recommend Laura and her team for any blinds you need done.
