I have no issues with Dr. Hollar but no one EVER answers the phone when you call or returns your calls.. I have been needing them to send a prescription approval to my insurance and have left 3 voice messages with no response..
Offers little to no support, and not helpful when it comes to running labs that you truly do need for thyroid issues.
If you like condescending doctors, then she is perfect for you. I was seeing Dr. Hollar for a couple of years and I never had one single appointment where I felt like she listened to me or gave me helpful advice. Whenever I asked to have my hormones tested or brought up a concern, she always brushed it off or questioned why I wanted that tested. Dr. Hollar is very knowledgeable. She always takes her time and answers my questions. I appreciate her very much.
My mother is an established patient of Dr. Hollar and likes her. Unfortunately, NO ONE answers the appointment line OR returns your call! How can you stay in business? Is Dr. Hollar still even seeing patients? The billing department picks up immediately (not surprised there) and is very nice.
