I couldn't be happier with guidance, knowledge and results. I'm pleased with numbers from last visit. I'm about a B+, I thought, but it seems she grades on a curve and gave me an A ... then a good scolding regarding etiquette and hippy laws... I think I've lost a small Chihuahua in weight ... I'm fortunate and happy about that! I highly recommend Dr. Hollar and staff. Great communication, professional and helpful advice throughout. - Mr. B+
She is great, but it is very difficult to communicate with her or her staff other than when you are at your scheduled appointment. No one will respond or call you back & you will not be seen for any reason other than when scheduled. EXTREMELY frustrating and non communicative. I STRONGLY do not recommend
I have no issues with Dr. Hollar but no one EVER answers the phone when you call or returns your calls.. I have been needing them to send a prescription approval to my insurance and have left 3 voice messages with no response..
Offers little to no support, and not helpful when it comes to running labs that you truly do need for thyroid issues.
If you like condescending doctors, then she is perfect for you. I was seeing Dr. Hollar for a couple of years and I never had one single appointment where I felt like she listened to me or gave me helpful advice. Whenever I asked to have my hormones tested or brought up a concern, she always brushed it off or questioned why I wanted that tested.
