I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hernandez for about 5 years and I have nothing but great things to say! She always listens and doesn’t make you feel like she needs to rush to her next patient. Very personable and thorough with getting tests done if there is any concern! She is also the only doctor that assessed my mental health during my visit and takes it very seriously. Without that assessment and her seeing my struggle, I wouldn’t be where I am today! Highly recommend!
Good doctor but what a shame that when you are sick the first available appointment is 2 months out. So when you are sick and worried you can't see your own doctor and have to see someone you don't know who doesn't know you.
Billing at the office, had trouble taking my payment due to the fact that we went cash pay instead of insurance they said they would call me and take my card. They called. We gave them the card. Everything went through receipt four days later I got another bill doubling what I just paid from their billing department.. When I went into the doctors office because no one would answer their phone and asked for help all the lady said was call billing but they were the people having the issue in the first place. She’s just awesome I don’t know where to start she’s makes sure every medical need is met from the top of my head to my feet and I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor Words can’t express how great she is and she she’s always met my every needs and I really do appreciate her. Keep up the good work.
