I saw Dr. Hackett today for the first time. I have to say that I was very impressed with all staff I encountered, from check in (Dominique) to MA (Marisa.). Dr. Hackett herself was very friendly, answered all my questions, and I felt like she really listened to what I had to say. She was empathetic and kind. I’m very happy with my choice to begin my medical care with Sharp Rees-Stealy and especially happy with my choice of primary care with Dr. Hackett.
