This was my first visit with Dr Berglund. Dr Berglund was very kind and did not seem to be put off by my intense medical history. I really like and respect her. My Daughter has been her patient for years. Nd loves her !!!
I have been seeing Dr. Laura Berglund for several years and she is an excellent doctor. She takes very good care of me, I am seventy one now and she always takes my aches and pains seriously. She examines me and gives me accurate diagnosis. If she sees I need to see another doctor for additional care she sends me to the best. I highly recommend her care to anyone needing a doctor. Her staff is always very professional and friendly.
My husband had an appointment with Dr. Berglund and when he arrived at the location he realized that he did not have a mask (which they state is a requirement) He searched his whole car (trunk included) to search for one, but to no avail. When he went in to the office, the receptionist informed him that he was late (12 minutes exactly) and that he would need to reschedule. I've been De.Berglund's patient for about 30 yrs. I've followed her from Durham NC to Mebane NC, I also travel 2 1/2 hrs to see her, since I've moves twice. I is one of my Dr's that truly cares and listens, her nursing staff as well.. her current office staff are very rude and could give a hoot about the patients but I'm not there to see them. I'll remain with Dr. Berglund until she retires or one of us pass.. I appreciate her so very much....
Dr. Berglund and her nurses are fabulous. Front desk staff is incredibly rude and abusive.
