Receptionist told me to call back in a week even though my wife is pregnant. We were recommened this place and she said shes too busy to even book us a future appointment. Said she will assign me to any doctor not the one we were recommended. The receptionist was very rude and had a huge attitude problem. If you're pregnant, you don't need more stress from a grumpy, old rude receptionist who clearly hates her job. Dr. Bony is a wonderful doctor. She is caring and goes above and beyond for her patients. When I had my second miscarriage she called me later on in the day after my visit to check in on me and see how I was holding up. That meant everything to me. When I got pregnant with my child, she was always there to answer a message that I sent into the portal, even after hours. I have a lot of anxiety and she is always very patient with me. I’m so glad I found Dr. Bony because I’ve never had a doctor as great as she is.
I've been going to Dr Bony for about eight years now. She listens well and has always made me feel very comfortable with any questions I've had.
An outstanding doctor! She's highly qualified and quite simply a lovely person. Her advice is always good, and she's very compassionate. I'm almost 72 years old and have had many gyn doctors--she's just the best!
