Laura is amazing and so talented! I have been suffering from lack of range of motion and muscle tightness from being postpartum and standing 12 hour a day for work and my body was a mess! Laura has helped so much in just 2 sessions so far to help keep my body open and to be able to get my quality of life back. My body is feeling amazing and can’t wait to keep seeing her for maintenance!
