Dr. Frankenfeld exhibited terrible bedside manner. She began examining my mother ( the patient) without gloves touching all over her face then after a minute said “oh I forgot my gloves”. My mother was getting high blood pressure readings of 183/83 and higher after her first reading (186/76) and Dr. Frankenfeld said “ I see numbers that high all the time and it’s just from being anxious about the ER.” I informed her my mother is on high blood pressure medicine and we were concerned of the elevated blood pressure readings alo... read more
