I am writing a review as the buyer of a home she represented. I believe Laura and the previous owners acted in dishonesty. We purchased a home with section items that were cleared by Bongiorno Termite with the expectation that the owner would complete work on a section one item. There was no follow up or due diligence on the realtor or Termite company’s part. The termite cleared section one without reinspect.
