Laura is an exceptional therapist. I have seen her for both individual and couples’ therapy on and off over the past four years. She has helped me work through a variety of issues, both current and from my childhood. She is skilled in a number of therapy approaches (I did a lot of EMDR and Internal Family Systems with her), and she was able to pivot therapy techniques based on whatever topic or challenge I brought into our sessions. I can't say enough good things about Laura and her approach to therapy. Personally, I have seen a number of therapists over the past 15 years and can easily say Laura is the best therapist I've ever spoken with. My wife and I have met with her for "tuning up" our marriage; we can think very differently and Laura's approach that combines scientific knowledge with holistic healing and meditation techniques was life changing for us!
