Wanted to find and close on a property remotely. Laura and Nichole were awesome to work with. Found a house, got an accepted offer but had issues that the seller wouldn’t work with us. No problem - I had a list of other options sent within hours and by the end of the day - I had a better deal on a different house. I came up for the inspection. They were there to answer any questions. They made sure the seller completed the punch list prior to closing. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend.

It had been a long time since we'd been so emotionally attached to a real estate transaction, and Laura and Nichole handled it all with such grace. We're still in awe that she managed to fit all the moving pieces of our transactions - selling and buying - into a window to bring it all to fruition! It still feels surreal.
