I called there to make appointment for a second opinion and the receptionist didn’t even try to help . She just said the doctor is not taking any new patients because she is retiring.
My sibling had an appointment today and yesterday there was severe thunderstorms that resulted in heavy traffic and roads being closed today. She left 2 hours before her apt time but she was going to be 15 min late. She spoke to Margaret, who had no sympathy and told her if she was 10 min late she would need to reschedule. bc the office is very “punctual”. What happens to the 15 min grace period?? Rude, dismissive, unsympathetic! I wouldn’t want to be seen by your office ! I’m sure y’all can do better than that.
