Great Dr (I see Dr Dresser) but I was 10 minutes late today and they would not see me. I'm in a boot right now because I hurt my foot so bad I can hardly walk without pain. I am extra slow until I see the foot Dr Monday to figure out what I did to it. No sympathy and no accomodations if you need a little extra help. Called the office to let them know I was running late. No one ever answers when I call either.
Dr. Dresser is a gem! Very thorough. My issue is with the office staff. They never answer the phone; you either have to go through the portal or leave a voicemail message which get returned at their whim. I have been waiting for three weeks for information that Saint Joseph’s Hospital North needs in order to schedule my MRI with contrast. I have an appointment with the neurosurgeon on March 5 and do not want to miss that appointment as he is pretty far booked up . the office has sent Saint Joseph the same paperwork three tim... read more
The staff.are ignorant .and lazy.More clowns than a circus.Worst ever.dont waste your time.
