Great doctor but it’s been 12 days since my appointment and I still can’t fill my birth control from this office. Edit: I am so frustrated right now. Someone from the office just called and blew through a bunch of surgery information and tried rushing me off the phone when I asked her to repeat the dates and what they are for. She made sure to keep telling me I will get a packet in January and that the info will be on my MyChart, basically trying to hang up with me. Like others have said, Dr. Douglass was the first doctor to take my concerns seriously. I finally felt seen and appreciated her kindness and bedside manner along with her thorough explanation of what was going on. Her entire team was excellent during the surgery and after 20 years of suffering during periods, she gave me the diagnosis of endometriosis along with relief from the pain afterwards. I will forever be grateful for her work.
I’m a single mother with one child my daughter is nineteen with Stage 4 Endometriosis and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. My daughter is in Chronic pain daily to the point I have rushed her to ER Five times last year. I really need help and I would love if Laura Douglass, MD could see my daughter but due to insurance she has to wait months just for consultation for surgery.
