Mediocre therapist. I saw her for a few weeks, but didn't make progress. Her approach is more like a coach than a therapist. Lack of attunement and accountability, lack of skills like resource building/providing co-regulation. Emdr with her is not a good idea. Just talking to her once a week left me highly dis-regulated and coping through the next few days.
