My experience with Dr. Diaz was disappointing from the start. At my first appointment as a self-pay patient, I paid the $300 new patient fee and arrived expecting a thorough evaluation. Instead, after waiting in the exam room, Dr. Diaz entered while chewing food and began speaking with me. Dr. Diaz was incredibly gentle and professional during my IUD insertion. I was honestly nervous, but she made the whole experience smooth and almost painless — I barely felt anything. She explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. She also speaks both English and Spanish, which is a huge plus and makes communication easy for everyone. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Diaz ! She is a wonderful Dr . She is always professional , kind & caring . She takes her time and answers all of my questions . I never feel rushed or anxious during my appointments. A year ago I had to move over 3 hours away from the practice . When I developed issues due to menopause, I decided to drive from central Florida to south Florida in order to be treated by Dr Diaz . I highly recommend Dr Diaz and her staff at Midwifery !
Dr. Diaz and her nurse were both super nice and extremely professional. She made me feel very comfortable during my check up which I appreciated greatly!!
