My experience was similar to the lengthy reivew. AWFUL! I should have fired her months ago. Shame on me. She NEVER read emails, returned phone calls, or communicated in any way. She cost me thousands of dollars because she was ill informed due to her failure to research and communicate. In the end it turns out I knew more than she about my unique situation.
