BEWARE...Ms. Derrickson is the worst real estate agent and landlord I have ever come across. I rented her "furnished" three bedroom penthouse and one bedroom wasn't furnished when I moved in. It took forever for the furniture to arrive and when it did it arrived in the receiving room in boxes and all needed to be assembled which she refused to do so I had to arrange to have it done.
