We've been going to Southborough Vet for more than 15 years. Dr. Ogden has seen us through acquiring new pets and losing old ones always with knowledge and kindness. Her ministratons to my pets (and me) have been not only excellent from a scientific/medical point of view but caring and compassionate from person-animal and person-person points of view. We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and we were sent to the waiting room with our rescue puppy where we waited approximately 37 minutes for the vet to come upstairs. Our dog made a mess and when we went to clean it (assuming the vet techs would assist) they were rude and asked “does it stink up there?” The vet named Cummings entered the room and 2 minutes later determined that our dog “isn’t good with people,” so they decided to take shelter dog already housed twice alone in the hallway to “make friends,” with hi... read more
