Not a friendly place. I feel they only care about the insurance and how you are going to pay. Not genuine care just another patient. I am covered through healthy women’s insurance and I had another question about something but they couldn’t answer me because of the Medicaid insurance if I wanted my question or concern answered I would have to book separately and pay out of pocket.
Her new office is located at, Dr. Annabelle Lopez MD, PA 913 S Airport Dr, Weslaco, TX 78596 My initial encounter with Dr. Flores was fantastic. She listened to my worries with patience and provided me with extremely clear answers to my issues.As a doctor, she is incredibly caring and gave me the impression that I was in good hands. Without a doubt, I would suggest her to everyone. What a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Laura Flores Rodriguez is an exceptional doctor! From my first visit with her and throughout my hysterectomy, she was very kind and patient. She took her time to answer any questions I had and in no way rushed me through my appointments. I highly recommend her as an OBGYN.
Terrible customer service. That staff has got to go!
