We needed to find a house in Baltimore City in a fairly short time frame in a specific area, which is no small task in a market with such low inventory. Luckily, we had Laura to rely on, and she was immensely helpful as we were not local and did not know the area well. Laura guided us expertly through a competitive offer situation to an incredibly smooth closing process. I would recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Baltimore area!
Laura was terrific. I was working with another realtor who did nothing more than get me in to see houses I found. Laura was the complete opposite.
