I would not recommend Laura Bruck- Hillas ever. This was my first time meeting her and she did not review my chart before entering the room and was completely lost. She had terrible bed side mannerisms, actually she had no bed side mannerisms. She was very rude. Everything she said I could’ve gotten off Google. It was a complete waste of time and money. The younger check out girl with dark hair was polite.
Totally discounted my daughters medical history. Horrible bedside manner.
Just wanted to say that I appreciate the medical care that I received on my last visit. From her front desk staff to her medical technician and herself as well. I felt comfortable being a new patient. Laura is very personable, knowledgeable, and offered up helpful suggestions on my medical care. Thank you for making me feel welcome.🙂 Dave Barajas
