After having my homeowners policy with State Farm for 42 years, I received a letter indicating my policy would not be renewed unless my roof was replaced. My house has two roofs, a slate roof on the main house and an almost flat roof on my extension. Excellent customer service. The whole team. They listen and Laura herself has been a great help to understanding homeowner insurance. For once someone who isn't pushing you to get everything. Spoke to a wonderful woman yesterday that also took her time to help me with other stuff. I wish I got her name. Highly recommend this office.
Super rude and disrespectful. She has no customer service skill and I’m sure by the phone conversations she was having with other clients tells me Laura is very shady. I also have a speech impediment and she was making rude faces and talking to me in a disrespectful manner. They also quoted me super high and told me that State Farm requires you to put tracking devices in your car. Yea no thanks and stay away. Don’t waste your time with them.
