I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Born. The entire staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and I never feel like I’m being rushed through an appointment. She actually listens, takes the time to understand what’s going on, and genuinely cares about my health and well-being. It’s hard to find a doctor you can truly trust, and I’m very thankful to have found one. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a doctor who treats you like a person, not just another patient.
Very non-accommodating. Does not care about patient satisfaction whatsoever. *Update: Proof they are easy to dismiss you after you tell them you are seeking a new provider. If you leave an honest review then fully expect to get a letter like this in the mail. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t expect toddler-like behavior like this to exist in a medical practice.
So excited I have found Dr. Laura Born. Excellent and caring staff. She seems very attentive to her patients' needs and truly seems to care about the well-being of her patients. The office environment is unlike any clinic I have been. It is warm and inviting. Feels like home. Her nurse is amazing as well! Thank you!
