Mrs.Barton is very knowledgeable. She takes my questions and concerns serious. I never feel rushed going to my appointments she takes the time to listen! So upset to see her leave UNC health 😭😭 Not sure where she is headed but I hope to find a provider as caring as her.
She has helped me in so many ways and I truly appreciate her.
Dr. Laura Barton is a caring person that listens and spend time with you to address your issues and recommend solutions. I think that's very important. I give her a 5 star.
In the past year she has cancelled appointments on me twice with less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit. I then have to wait months for the rescheduled appointments. If I were to do this I would be charged a fee, but no accommodations are given to me to try and see me sooner. There is no care given to my health and issues. I will be looking for a new provider and will not recommend her to others.
