Horrible!! Got a new therapist who ignored me not wanting to do positive affirmations, accused me of "not trying them hard enough" for them to work (she learned them in school so thinks they work in a week for everyone and make them entirely different happy people magically). Worse, she lied about reading my notes from my old therapist in the same office who had quit, then proceeded to ask me about my family, having NO IDEA about my dad who had killed himself before I was born. Don't bother if your insurance isn't paying for everything. Head of office is incapable of communicating effectively about billing and the 'portal' you get access too doesn't work. Dr Beltran drained my bank account for $300 with no notice over a miscommunication at the end of a work day and left her phone on silent. Left with no money for food for my kids until I get paid again. I don't know what the reviewer MO is talking about. Dr Beltran, at the time didn't accept my type of insurance. She changed the insurance companies that she accepted and I got me covered. Dr Beltran has been Godsend for me. Reading the review from MO it's obvious this person has issues with therapist. Sounds like Dr Beltran dodged a bullet not treating this person. I highly reccomend her services.

I've been seeing Dr. Beltran for a few years now and can safely say that I am still alive, and growing more and more grateful for life every day because of her hard work. Every time the VA drops the ball on my care, Dr. Beltran is there to take care of me. She is a phenomenal therapist who is trauma informed and results driven.

Inaccessible and negligent, will not work with insurances even if they are paying. Will make client jump through as many hoops as possible. This office has caused me more mental harm in a short amount of time than ANY clinic I’ve EVER been to. I am astounded at the amount of harm that a mental health service can do in such a short time and trust me I have plenty experience with negligent harmful and outright abusive services.
