I recently had a very frustrating experience at this PCP office that left me disappointed with their level of professionalism. I’ve never given a place such low ratings besides long John silvers and I can assure you I’d rather have a line cook draw my blood than the lady who was about to draw my blood. JD, the nurse practitioner, was the one who checked my physical. He was nice and worked with me well. Justyn helped me with billing and he was extremely understanding and kind. Dr. Baker is wonderful! I was searching for a doctor that could help me solve a health mystery with symptoms like extreme chronic fatigue. She not only listened to everything I had to say, did not make me feel rushed, was very kind and empathetic, but also took me very seriously. She was very thorough with her testing and also provides good reccomendations for hollistic wellness. The office was clean and efficient and her staff will take care of you well. I love Laura Baker so much. She treats me like a person and not a number. She hears me and my concerns. I absolutely love her. She's professional and so knowledgeable, kind. I had a certain problem that lasted 10 yrs and thanks to Dr Baker i don't have the issue anymore. cannot express that enough. To make matters BETTER her ENTIRE staff is so kind. I had to fast to take an exam and they offered me a bundy cake afterwards.
