Great physical facility. Dr. Ottaviani is very patient-centric by educating the patient with facts and diagrams/pictures to demonstrate the condition. She made sound recommendations for next steps, including at home exercise choices.
I went for EMG. I was in treatment room a full 40 minutes before anyone even told me what was going on. At least someone could have stopped by to explain a delay. This experience is contradictory to the great service I have received previously. This has to be an anomaly.
I have had many experiences with orthopedic centers for knees, but this time we went to Coastal for my husband. We saw Dr Ottaviani. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and her assistant Kesha was also great. Thank you for taking the time to access my husbands issues and speaking with my husbands primary dr so everyone is on the same page.
Excellent care and attention from Dr Ottaviani. The process of arrival to leaving was quick and easy. I feel my health is valued to the staff at Coastal. I recommend it. I will continue to use Coastal for other healthcare needs.
